Oh just re-read that.... Uh... your DP client stops working after a little bit... not a client?! Had that as a client...
I would look at your Anti-Virus and firewall app, if it's McAfee you will constantly pull your hair out until none is left... (Mine is rapidly turning white and the pulling out is up next!) They all have to be configured to prevent interruption with the SCCM Client or it does funky out. Rick J. Check the certificate in the Cert store and see if it's out of date or doesn't even exist (the SCCM ones start with 19c5cf9); XP "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys\19c5cf9* VISTA/W7 C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys\19c5cf9* If the file exists but is old, go ahead and delete (ONLY THE 19c5cf9* ones) the encryption keys and restart the SCCM Service, it will recreate the encryption key on service startup. If the error code 0x8007002 continues, you may need to completely remove the SCCM Client and reinstall it. Rick J. Client/DP will communicate with the site for a period of time then just stop. Sometimes restarting the CCMEXEC service will allow it to function again for some time before stopping again. Other times the DP role and configmgr client needs fully removed and the WMI repository rest before it will function again (winmgmt.exe /resetrepository) SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 Single primary site Site is not in native mode Logs are from a Server 2012 machine functioning as a Pull DP and file server Other clients can communicate fine with the site from the same location. ________________________________ Any information transmitted by means of this e-mail (and any of its attachments) is intended exclusively for the addressee(s) and for those authorized by the addressee(s) to read this message.
