You should be able to query the status messages for deleted deployments. The
deletes might even have their own code to look for.

Subject: [mssms] List of deleted deployments & success rates

Is there any way to get a list of deployments that have been deleted? We are in
the middle of migrating from 2007 to CM2012 (started last night) and even
though we told our packagers to test detection criteria when they create an
application, it is obvious they haven't.

I wrote a script to kind of auto install applications (start up a VM, triggers
app install remotely, watches to make sure the app installs & detection
criteria works, reverts VM, repeats for next app)... I'm going to run this on
our apps to make sure they are all working, but I wanted to see if there's any
way to get a list of "test" deployments that were removed and see if they were
successful or not?

It could help me target the apps that were not tested, and give me something to
show management when I tell them these weren't tested.
