Did you install ConfigMgr 2012 CU2 or ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU2? / Johan
From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Schwan, Phil Sent: den 2 augusti 2013 15:18 To: [email protected] Subject: [mssms] ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU2 not fixing AppV DFS migration error Working on a migration from SCCM 2007 to ConfigMgr 2012, and I'm unable to migrate the AppV apps from a DFS source. The migmctrl.log file shows exactly the error described in the CU2 hotfix details: Failed to connect to share \\production\dfs\Virtual<file:///\\production\dfs\Virtual> Applications\App Source : Error 0x80070520 Impersonation is reverted. Set the status of the entity Virtual Application 1 to Failed. Set the status of the job entity Virtual Application 1 to Failed. Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.Migration.MigrationException: Failed to connect to share \\production\dfs\Virtual<file:///\\production\dfs\Virtual> Applications\App Source : Error 0x80070520 Trouble is...I already applied CU2 to the site back when I did the initial install. I did notice that the migration account I'm using initially did not have rights to some folders on the DFS location, but that has since been remedied. I tried re-applying CU2 but of course it told me it was already applied. Any ideas? -Phil _________________________________________________________________ Phil Schwan | Technical Specialist, Enterprise Windows Services Project Leadership Associates | 2000 Town Center, Suite 1900, Southfield, MI 48075 Mobile: 419.262.5133 www.projectleadership.net<http://www.projectleadership.net/> [Description: Description: Description: Arrow email]Lead with Strategy.
