I've indirectly heard this from our IT management who believe they heard this from McAfee as well when they were asking me why I wanted to test SCEP in the future. I'm not sure if there is any truth to it, but maybe McAfee is just trying to say that Forefront products have been discontinued by Microsoft and have chosen to lump SCEP in as part of the Forefront package. I do question what Microsoft's long term direction is considering that they've discontinued their Forefront gateway product (formerly ISA) and their Forefront protection products for Exchange and Sharepoint servers.
