Hello,

I noticed last week that I have some pending .CMN files in the certmgr.box
waiting to be process, actually some of them have been there for weeks. Looking
at the certmgr.log I see this

Found notification file E:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration
Manager\inboxes\certmgr.box\5_remotedp.CMN
The machine account will be used for
["Display=\\remotedp\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=CGN"]\\remotedp\.
Successfully made a network connection to \\remotedp\ADMIN$.

Cannot get copy of security registry key on server (remotedp) (0x80070005)
Cancelling network connection to \\remotedp\ADMIN$.

Failed to process notification file E:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration
Manager\inboxes\certmgr.box\5_remotedp.CMN (0x80070005)

And this repeat for all the other .CMN files

The 0x80070005 is actually an access denied error, the site server has admin
access to all remote dp (otherwise they wouldn't have installed in the first
place),based on the error about "cannot get copy of security registry key..." I
made sure that the remote registry service was indeed running.

I have been struggling with this error since last week and actually opened a
support call but still waiting for a fix.

Anyone has an idea?

Thanks
