I have checked locationservice, WUAhandler, scanagent, Updatedeployment logs but not found any root cause for this. Other systems in similar environment are getting patched but few are stuck in downloading. No communication issue with site server; the only thing I observed it is not showing updates download complete status in updatedeployment log.
