Its still the same basic mechanism, you need two wsus servers. One is internet 
connected and gets the updates from Microsoft, you then put those updates and 
metadata on removeable media and import them into the wsus server that is 
isolated.

I have a Windows Server 2012 and need to install WSUS on that, I dont want to 
install UPDATES, and need to install WSUS. I need a way to install WSUS without 
Internet connection.
