The basic process involves: 1. Determining the platforms you want to support 2. Building a list of all program you want to change 3. Iterating through every program and making sure you set the SupportedOperatingSystems property with the list of platforms you want to support 4. Making sure you check the box labeled "Only on specified client platforms" on each program 5. It should work on SCCM 2007 and 2012. Make sure you test it (and double-check everything) on non-important packages before running it through something serious in production. I hope it helps.
