Just wish that the ExcludeFeature and SkipPrerequisites options were in the client push gui. I put one in for the later, got the same response. If .net 4 and silverlight are not installed, you don't get software center at all. This is the case on most ThinClients (Windows Embedded) where you have limited disk space.
