So, I'm assuming that we're talking about ConfigMgr 2007, since you're using the term "BDP?"
If your environment is that large, as to need a total sum of 30k boundaries . have you reconsidered the use of BDPs? How about upgrading to ConfigMgr 2012 (which makes scripting boundaries MUCH easier)?
