From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jeff Poling Sent: Thursday, September 19, 2013 2:24 PM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [mssms] CM07-CM12 Migration Question I'm not even sure where to start searching for an answer on this. . .I did a collection migration from CM07 to CM12 SP1 and brought over the packages, advertisements, etc. This environment has a number of mandatory advertisements that came over as required deployments in CM12. When I upgraded a group of test PCs to the CM12 client, the required deployments ran on the PCs, even though they had already run on the machine when it was using the CM07 client. Is that expected behavior? I was under the impression that deployments would not run again. . . Thanks, Jeff
