[mssms] Upgrade this OS to Windows Server 2012 R2

I have SCCM 2012 installed in a Windows Server 2012.

I want to upgrade this OS to Windows Server 2012 R2. Can I install as a
Service Pack? Will I have any problem with my SCCM 2012?
