Just tried it again, I think the issue is the OS is at the "Setup is preparing your computer for first use...."
How can I get the rest of the TS to wait till it's ready? Setup Windows and Configuration Manager runs, restarts again. After this I install some stuff, run some scripts (packages) - one of these errors the log states it's not in the Full OS.
