[mssms] RE: DP Migration process.

Hello all. Looking to do my first live SCCM 2007 SP2 R3 Secondary site DP 
migration process to SCCM 2012 SP1 DP.
I am wondering if any one knows how much data is copied from the 2012 Server to 
the secondary site over the wan link, If that data is throttled, and is it 
possible to prestige the bits or use the Install media locally at the remote 
site to complete the migration process? I could not find much info online about 
this. And the Site I am want to do has a pretty bad wan link.
