While in earlier years the number of sessions at TechEd allocated to System Center, MDT, community, etc. was smaller than at MMS, the last few years it’s been pretty much the same session allocations. So there hasn’t really been any “watering down” for TechEd. We’ll let everyone know when the TechEd call-for-content goes live. It was interesting last year because the session submissions were rather lopsided: A few topics had lots of interest, a lot of topics has light interest. So people got grumpy when their sessions were declined, while others had multiple sessions accepted. Microsoft started developing unified slide decks which are vetted to ensure their messaging is always in sync.
