That has happened to me before and a simple removal and reinstall of the RP role solved it for me.

When I start Reporting Point role wizard I am installing this on my remote SQL. My logged user have all access to both servers and SCCM console. In SRSRPSETUP.LOG the Reporting Point ins installed successfully, but I can see no REPORTS in SCCM console or Reporting Services.
