Hi there folks

I wanted to ask a question around an "interesting" issue which I am seeing.

We are in a desktop transformation project at a client and happily deploying
task sequences to rebuild the OS. We have seen some failures and on
investigation these systems all were laptops and all had their lids down before
they booted into PE.

The boot started into PE and hung at the logo page. Opening the lid resumes
the screen but Windows is remaining hung at that point. Restarting completes
the task sequence as expected.

Now I know that the obvious solution is to tell users to keep the lid open but
I wondered if someone had seen this and fixed?

Oh, these are Lenovo laptops
