Scott, Did you ever figure this out? We are stuck in a pattern of circular logic on this one. Microsoft provides the standalone SkyDrive Pro installers but the silent switches don't work. I found examples that support this on social.microsoft.com.
The official answer seems to be to use the Office 2013 customization instructions but the SkyDrive Pro standalones don't present xml files to be customized.
