We install Quicktime and iTunes in this order in a task sequence with msi files (and transforms) using Applications. Seems to work good. According to this from ITNinja this line in the Transforms is quite important: LaunchCondition - NOT BNEWERPRODUCTISINSTALLED: Delete this line, if you don't, quicktime will not install 1. Apple Application Support 2. Quick Time 3. Apple Mobile Device Support 4.
