Subject: [mssms] site currently in maintenance mode----in despool.log

So about two weeks ago I moved my database to a new server. Started noticing
all kinds of issues, opened a few cases and they ended up being bugs from RTM
that are fixed in R2, excellent, I was not charged.

Now I'm working on a replication issue and then I notice this in the
despool.log:

Site currently is in maintenance mode and D:\Program Files\Microsoft
Configuration Manager\inboxes\despoolr.box\receive\10rlkith.sni is not DRS init
or certificate exchange package, backup it until site becomes active.

The console opens with no issues and from what I was searching for indicated
the console would be in read only but that's not the case.

Has anyone seen this error before? I cannot find a blog or write-up on this....

stumped
