Process Monitor might tell you something useful. Restrict your filters to
only log the console process. Also use Process Explorer to verify that there
isn't a child process being spawned off, that you might also need to include
in your Process Monitor filtration criteria.

Subject: [mssms] Exporting Task Sequence Hangs CM 2012 RTM Console

Anyone seen this? Happens both local to the server and via remote console,
I've tried with and without the dependency options checked, and nothing
seems to work. The "Export Task Sequence Wizard" freezes with the
hourglass/pinwheel at "Validating specified task sequences" and although I
can cancel out of it or hit "Previous", "Next" and "Summary" don't respond
and the wizard never progresses. SmsAdminUI.log doesn't show a thing.
Resource Monitor and Task Manager show no runaway processes eating CPU,
Disk, Memory, or Network. Anywhere else I can look for what's going on
here?

Thanks in advance,

Andrew
