That sounds like you are missing the KMDF 1.11 update in your image.  General 
details are at the blog below.  Also, Dustin Hedges commented with the 
specifics for for doing the .WIM injection of the update.  Thanks Dustin!

We had same network driver issues with E6400, but OSD did complete one i found 
correct driver.

The first wireless card we got in our E7440 was bad and caused strange errors 
related to system resources, but that was after Windows was up and running.  No 
big issues apart from that so far.

Good afternoon,

Building our TS for the Dell E6440.  First had issues with the network driver 
in WinPE but then found one that worked.  However, we get through WinPE, 
applying drivers etc and upon rebooting into Windows where it says "Setup is 
applying system settings" we now get:

Windows could not configure one or more system components.  To install Windows, 
restart the computer and then restart the installation.

It keeps doing this over and over.  Any ideas?
