n 2007 create a collection that has those 50 machines. Do that any way you want 
to do it. Then create a collection to deploy to. In that you want to write your 
query to populate the collection then do a sub select to exclude the members of 
the first collection you created. You'll need the collection ID for that.

select whatever from where ever where resourceID not in (select resrouceID from 
sms_cm_res_coll_xxxxxx)

Create a collection and add those 50 as members. Then, use that collection to
