If you take one of the machines that is giving you issues, and try to run cscript from a cmd prompt, does it launch?

I've got 106 successes but I've over 2 thousand Errors with "Bad Environment".. in the program properties I've got cscript.exe user_printers.vbs. no quotes .. And "Only When a user is logged on".. (the fact it is installing successfully on some and not all leads to think the program is set correctly).. I was hoping someone may have seen these errors before and point me in the right direction to fix it..
