Nevermind, found the value. Select OS.PackageID, prog.ProgramName,Name,Platform,MinVersion,Maxversion from dbo.V_OS_Details as OS join v_Program as prog on Prog.PackageID = OS.PackageID
This will give you all of the programs/packages and the associated versions. You may need to tweak this a small amount to run as an SCCM report instead of a SQL report.
