When you run psexec -s it will run under the system context of the client you're running the task sequence on. Does the computer account have share/NTFS read permission to that UNC path? I would verify with something like this on the client: psexec -s cmd /c dir "\\server\d$\abacus\BusinessIntegrator\bin\SystemaComPsqlAdoNet4.dll"
