And a bit of advice/warning about the upgrade: Do not rush the upgrade, especially if you have more than a single site in your hierarchy. More than one admin has been faced with the effects of the new DRS Replication issues and once you get them the only sure fire way to resolve them is a long call with Microsoft. If you have a single site, the upgrade will go fine without the DRS Replication issues because there is no other site with which to replicate.
Advice is: 1) Monitor the installation logs, Sitecomp.log and Rcmctrl.log files. 2) Allow plenty of time between sites, allow at least an hour after the sites complete replication 3) Always upgrade from the top down, start with the CAS and then after an appropriate wait, upgrade the primary sites beneath the CAS, one at a time I cannot stress enough the caution of allowing sufficient time to allow this replication sufficient time to complete before starting the next upgrade.
