Hello folks
I have been battling with a failed SMP and have concluded that the best option is to completely back out and start again L Anyhow I have removed all of the roles and I am left with Site Server and Component server in the console so the clock is now ticking (hopefully). In an effort to hurry things along however I went to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SMSComponents\SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER\Component Servers\ expecting to see the server listed and nothing! Any thoughts as to whether this server will be zapped in 24 hours or not? Thoughts as to how I could speed this up too would be great! Thanks all
