[mssms] Any Windows-Noob like guides to setting up SCOM the right way?

Hi guys,

  Probably not the list for this question, but do any of you guys know of
some good resources to configuring SCOM the way it should be done in a
production environment?  I feel like there are many many pitfalls I'd like
to avoid here.
