Thanks, much appreciated. The first initial sync worked for me as well then it 
stopped and hasn’t worked since.

I’m having the same issue in a brand new installation of ConfigMgr 2012 R2, The 
synchronization worked for two days after the server install suddenly the error 
appear and it has been falling since then.

I’m troubleshooting the issue and I will post my results

I remember having this same problem in 2007, but this is a brand new install on 
Server 2012 R2 and I’m getting the error below when trying to sync the Asset 
Intelligence catalog

Expired credentials/certificate/token. Need to re-provision online account.  I 
haven’t been able to find much info in regards to CongfigMgr 2012 R2, just the 
CU update for RTM.  Any advice?
