I'm not sure what would cause that. The command being run is this one: cmd /c "cscript //nologo %windir%\UDI\OSD_InstallOSDResults.vbs > %windir%\UDI\OSD_InstallOSDResults.log"
The script is copied to C:\Windows\UDI by a prior step. Do you see anything in C:\Windows\UDI\OSD_InstallOSDResults.log that provides any clues? There is no error message and there is no error in the smsts.log. Reporting just shows that it is "Running".
