You can look for Event ID: 14 in the application log on clients, using the template name they should be enrolling for. 14 is the success code.
Certutil.exe -pulse should get a client to re attempt to enroll. I'm working on an install script to run as a task sequence and it'd be nice if there was a way to confirm the cert before attempting to run ccmsetup.
