There is no built-in function for get the User Name (at least not that I have found) , you can get the User ID but not the User Name. If you need to do this then you would have to write custom code to query AD to get this info.
You can use that function to Leverage CM12 RBA within SSRS reports. Basically I was hoping it has a method for exposing the users full name rather than login name to use as a parameter in a report (automatically scoping relevant data to the user upon launch).
