Nope, it is local. As the site is not in production yet (it will be in a week), there hasn't been much of a load on it yet so it's hard to tell if there are/will be performance issues. Could lack of higher IOPS cause delays in read/writes that would cause this?

The servers are on VMWare and Dell Equalogic disk arrays. Twice now we have had Db consistency errors, requiring repairs with data loss (the site is not in production yet either). Is there something that I could check or adjust to keep this from happening? Our SCCM2007 site (on Server 2008, SQL 2008...on VMWare and Equalogic) is not having this problem. Thanks.
