I haven't seen any major problems with the vmxnet3 network emulation in terms of PXE booting . I tend to prefer it.

Both our Configuration Manager and Service Manager setups have experienced some corruption over the past few months. We have other servers and Db's running on this VMWare cluster with Equalogic, but only those two setups are on Server 2012 with SQL 2012. Just looking to see if there is any correlation here. Thanks.
