Just wanted to confirm: In ConfigMgr 2012 R2, is it possibly to deploy a Client Settings Package, with BITS throttling, to Pull Distribution Points? Or is this only possible with Active Directory Group Policy (GPO)? The goal is to perform rate limiting on Pull DPs, however enabling a DP as a Pull DP causes the rate limiting features to be disabled (since this functionality resides on the Site Servers).
