Nope, unchecking a classification does not remove the metadata for updates in 
that classification, it just prevent new metadata for that classification from 
being downloaded.

You can *try* the cleanup wizard in WSUS itself which *should* actually remove 
that metadata and *may* remove them from ConfigMgr.

Hi,

We have contractors doing that work now, but they keep hitting that 4gb limit. 
I noticed that there are 20000 entries in the repository under drivers. We 
don't' use the feature and I believe it's since been unchecked in the settings 
for software updates.

I'm wondering if this is one of the reasons we never saw this in the past and 
if so, how do you remove them from the repository? I don't see an option to 
delete, I thought they would have disappeared when a syc took place?
