Not sure if you resolved this or not, but I had a similar issue. I had added a metering rule for storyline.exe - no metering results, everything else on the clients were metering. I added the rule using * all versions and ANY for the language. I also had a similar issue with another .exe when I used to only select ENGLISH for a language. What I found to be the key is to browse to a machine that has the .exe that you would like to meter. When you do this it will pull in the information it knows for the .exe. Instead of using English use -Any- But form storyline.exe came in as nuetral, and -Any- did not seem to pull it in. I had to have the language set up as Neutral.
