[mssms] Migrating Collections - CM07-CM12 Site Code Replacement

Good morning,
I'm attempting to migrate some collections from CM07 to CM12 and notice the 
Site Code Replacement section in the "Create Migration Job Wizard" is blank.
Should I not be able to select my new site code? Why would this be blank?
