it is now best to use SCS and not SCCM to deploy the certs. The reason is this
07 could not tell if a cert was deployed or installed unless it installed it. CM12 can the cert installed from CM does not allow full functionality of vPro, the install from SCS does. If you buy a lot of systems with vPro, Intel will come onsite and work with you a few days to get it setup. at least they did for us (~5500 machines) at no cost.
