fyi, that blog and .hta was written when I was still using sms 2003. so forget all that mof stuff--in CM12; you just go into default client agent, hardware inventory, set classes… and browse to WMI on a box that ran this hta and go find the class. obviously if you don't change the wmiclass stuff, it’ll be in root\cimv2\sms, called “lease_info”--but I suspect you’ll likely change that…
