Considering that TechEd's session list has yet to make it out with two months before the event, I think we'll actually do pretty good. :)
Call for sessions/speakers should go live late this week or early next week. Of course, we have to give a submission deadline, but we'll dig straight into the sessions right away and have a finished product in a couple weeks' time. I'd guess that the session/speaker list will be ready by mid-April if not sooner. That's still a good 5 months before the event kicks off.
