Hoping someone can help me out here. I've created a new Configuration Item and that Configuration Item has a single Setting within it.
The Compliance Setting is using scripts for both Compliance Discovery and Remediation however It's using an Application & Deployment Type to detect if the application is there. [cid:[email protected]] Now I would assume that if the Application is not detected, that this particular setting would be Not Applicable. However, when evaluating the Baseline that this CI is a part of, it's evaluating as Non-Compliant because the Compliance State for this Configuration Item is returning "Not Detected". [cid:[email protected]] Anyone on here have any insights on if this is proper behavior and if it's even possible to have it show up as Compliant even though the Application isn't detected?
