Yeah saw it last year after our esx host died on us. Caused corruption in some packages as well as task sequences.
Try opening the task sequences on a different site (if you have others). Also reinstall any addons you may be using like Nomad or MDT. Reinstall on the primaries/CAS as well as your remote consoles. Ours cause an error when trying to edit them now. We quit the console and still nothing. We have recreate a couple and now they are messed up too.
