Yes, is an IBCM Site System in the DMZ (workgroup) supported? Does it have to 
be in an AD domain?

You mean those in a DMZ for example? Either punch holes into the firewalls to 
allow for this server to communicate to AD, put an RODC into the DMZ (which 
would then also need to communicate through the firewall) or put an AD into 
your DMZ. Or am I off-topic now?
