I haven't tried it in R2 yet but on 2012 SP1, it only services the first index
in a WIM. I understand it's all DISM in the background and we could automate
this ourselves but it would be nice if you could specify the target WIM index
in the offline servicing wizard, and even with the PoSH cmdlets. Sorry if this
is old news to some...
