Brian,

As you already pointed out, without having trusts, it is impossible to add
the Primary Site server's computer account into the local Administrators
security group on the remote site systems in the untrusted forest. You will
need to specify credentials - during the deployment of the remote site
system roles, that have Administrator access - to deploy the appropriate
site system roles, and communicate with them. This is part of the site
system role deployment wizard.

Subject: [mssms] Admin rights on site systems

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how exactly do you give your Primary site
permissions to DMZ site systems when they are in separate forests with no
trusts? I need to be able to add my Primary Site computer account as an
administrator on two site systems in my DMZ in this case. However, with no
trusts I have no idea how this could possibly be achieved.

Is this a requirement, if so, what options do I have?

Thanks,

Brian
