I've gone thru a few websites but can't seem to find a definitive list of ports that need to be opened for MDT 2013 integration with SCCM 2012 R2. We need to open the ports from our DMZ to internal network for MDT 2013/SCCM 2012 R2 integration. I have all the SCCM ports I need opened, but want to make sure I have the right ports for MDT 2013.
I think this is all I need, am I missing anything? I've taken out our super secret info below. Firewall Name (optional) 50 character limit Type (required) Environment (required) Direction of Network Session Initiation (required) Source IP Address (required) 3000 character limit Source NAT'ed IP Address (optional) 3000 character limit Source Port Number (optional) 100 character limit Destination IP Address (required) 3000 character limit Destination NAT'ed IP Address (optional) 3000 character limit Services (required) 3000 character limit Protocol (required) Destination Port Number (required) 100 character limit Description (required) 3000 character limit Clients -> MDT DB TCP Add Development Inbound Any Internal XX.XX.XXX.XX HTTP TCP 1433 Clients -> MDT DB TCP Clients -> MDT DB UDP Add Development Inbound Any Internal XX.XX.XXX.XX HTTP UDP 1434 Clients -> MDT DB UDP Clients > MDT DB Monitoring Event Port Add Development Inbound Any Internal XX.XX.XXX.XX HTTP TCP 9800 Clients > MDT DB Monitoring Event Port Clients > MDT DB Monitoring Data Port Add Development Inbound Any Internal XX.XX.XXX.XX HTTP TCP 9801 Clients > MDT DB Monitoring Data Port I don't think I would need 445 port for example to MDT Deployment share since SCCM 2012 client would go to the DP to get the content and wouldn't ever hit the MDT Deployment share. Am I right about that? Thank you.
