Remote control shadowing has been made available again after a long hiatus.  It 
is available in Windows Server 2012 R2, but doesn't have anything to do with 
SCCM.

Remote control always takes control of the console session. It cannot and does 
not shadow/control other remote sessions.

Is there a way using CM remote control to a Windows Server to view the session 
of the logged on user rather than it displaying the unused session?
