I would go VERY slowly as you increase that active rule count! I've seen VERY 
few places that were ever successful with that many... server perf issues; db 
bloat; etc, etc.. there are a lot of variables in this due to many factors, 
like the # of instances of a given app (is a given app running on 100 clients? 
1,000, 5,000? Drives the sheer volume of data returned depending on the answers)

15-20 are more the typical "max" I recall seeing.

are they any performance issues according to software metering in an 
environment with 15 000 Clients?
Currently i use 5 rules, in the future about 50.

i mean som issues on the Clients and the site systems (MP, SQL ...)
